By accessing and using ChilledCRM, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
3. Pricing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment will be charged to your credit card through our payment processor.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your subscription and any additional services you use.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Term and Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ChilledCRM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
